Each morning at The Hollinger House, we serve a continental breakfast that is as visually appealing as it is delicious. Our menu varies daily, but you can always expect a satisfying spread to start your day off right. We begin with a selection of beverages, including robust coffee, a variety of herbal teas, and your choice of juice. Alongside these, we offer a fresh fruit salad, yogurt, and a range of granolas to suit different tastes.
Our breakfast spread also includes warm croissants, a rotating selection of pastries and sweet breads. These offerings provide a balance of sweet and savory options to cater to every preference. The highlight of our breakfast is the hot entrée, which changes daily to keep things interesting. Some mornings, you might enjoy a light and creamy spinach-feta-parmesan egg soufflé, while on others, you may savor a hearty mushroom-Swiss frittata.
We take pride in preparing and presenting each dish with care, ensuring that every meal is not only nourishing but also a feast for the senses. Join us for breakfast and experience the perfect start to your day at The Hollinger House.

In just 14 months, The Hollinger House Historic Boutique Hotel underwent a remarkable transformation, rising from the ashes of abandonment to become a beacon of luxury and historical charm. The story behind this metamorphosis is a captivating tale filled with unexpected twists and turns.
Built in 1870, the Hollinger House once stood as a proud Federal-style mansion, a testament to the grandeur of a bygone era. However, by 2013, the property had fallen into the hands of a bank and succumbed to the ravages of time and neglect. The once-magnificent roof had rotted away, and the entire third floor had vanished, leaving the mansion a mere shadow of its former self.
As the future seemed bleak for this architectural marvel, a glimmer of hope emerged. A visionary team recognized the potential hidden beneath the decay and embarked on an ambitious mission to resurrect the Hollinger House to its former glory. With meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication, they set out to restore every inch of the mansion, breathing new life into its walls and infusing it with modern amenities while preserving its rich historical legacy. However, an ambitious young woman named Linda Beiler was not about to let this magnificent tribute to Federalist architecture continue to fall to ruin. Her dream to restore The Hollinger House to her original glory began.
After much waiting and hoping, the bank released the property to Linda and her business partner, Guy Martin. Linda and Guy immediately put to work their extensive experience and expertise in restoring “impossible” properties, transforming The Hollinger House into the stately gem you see today. Their hard work and perseverance created a one-of-a-kind hotel experience complete with stunningly decorated suites and beautifully manicured grounds.
A few short years after completely renovating the Hollinger House and operating it as a successful Bed and Breakfast, most notably joining the distinguished ranks of the “Select Registry,” Linda succumbed to breast cancer and joined the Angels she so lovingly named each of the inn’s suites after.
The Hollinger House continued to operate as a bed & breakfast under the astute management of Linda’s dear friends, Teddy and Brandy, until it was closed for two and a half years during the Covid Pandemic.
When Kenneth Martin, a dear friend of Linda’s, relocated to Lancaster in 2020 after living in New York City for 25 years, he was dismayed to learn that the Hollinger House, Linda’s beloved passion project, had been closed for an extended period. Driven by a deep desire to resurrect this magnificent property, Kenneth decided to take action and bring the Hollinger House back to its former glory.
Partnering with Guy Martin, Kenneth has taken over the management of this stunning historic boutique hotel. With his extensive background in hospitality and customer service, coupled with his love for antiques and a strong commitment to continuing Linda and Guy’s original vision, Kenneth is dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality and an exceptional customer experience for every guest who walks through the doors of the Hollinger House.
